Vodafone India — unnecessary deduction of Rs.99/-, poor customer care service, deny to customer care access | |||
Sir/Madam, Myself is Santosh.V.S, bearing mobile number [protected], It is very disappointing and shameful matter to inform you that I recharged Rs.250/- on[protected]. But, on[protected] all of a sudden Rs.99 was deducted from my account, then I contact the customer care for the refund of Rs.99. I contacted 3 times, they gave fake assurance of refunding the same. But, when I called them for 4th time from my brother number [protected] they were even unwilling to receive the call and my access to customer care itself was denied. So, I am feeling shameful for being a customer to Vodafone after getting rude reply from Vodafone customer care and also customer executive. So, I kindly request you to take necessary action against them as soon as possible for refunding my Rs.99. If matter is not solved very soon, I am porting away from vodafone to other networks.
