[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary high billing amount after forceful conversion from prepaid to post paid | |||
Respected sir/madam, It is really disturbing me how my vodafone connection is being a burden on me. I have lost my prepaid sim few months back. When i went to the vodafone store they told m they are out of stock of prepaid sim and gave me the only option of taking a post paid sim with a promise that I can change it to prepaid after 3months. But when i went there my harassment started. Now since the number is in my father's name and he is posted out of station they wanted his presence.From that time onwards my bill is umexpectadly high with a very less usage. I am feeling verg helpes today morning when i wokwoke up with another bill of 2600.PlPlease look into this matter Was this information helpful? | |||
