VAS named [protected]@it was automaticaly activated on my number and 45 rs was deducted from my balance for the same. When i tried to register a complaint on the complaint helpline 198 the agent refused to register the complaint. Please tel me if there is any other procedure to register the complaint for these type of deductions.
