Vodafone India — unprofessional staff/not satisfied with service. | |
Hi vodafone Yesterday i went vodafone store in malad (Lakha building,, adarsh nagar, near liberty garden, malad west, mumbai, maharashtra, mumbai, maharashtra 400064.) to just check information about migration on my sim card and i would like to do postpaid to prepaid. So i visit the shop i enter to shop. There was a counter but no executive present at the time a asked two time than mr. Ashish. Came (He didnt welcom me he sir "boliye sir") i explained him i am using maharashtra circle sim card i want to migrate p2p he said "yaha nhi hoga aapko vasi or virar jana apdega" i said ok le me talk your executive, than he said "sir maine bola na yaha nhi hoga" than i called vodafone executive person who work in other store he said sir give him token let him talk your executive after he said mr. Ashish give me token number. I was waiting for my number but mr. Ashish was chitchatting with the other executive about me they was pointing on me. After i meet executive she was new again mr. Ashish come and said "inko bola hain yaha nhi hoga other card hain tu bol de inko ye." after that i left the counter due to this unprofessional and rude behavior of mr. Ashish he dont knew how to solved the customer problem, no manners and antiquates. This is what kind of service you are giving to your customer. Very bad and worst experience i got from vodafone store. I need a proper answer on this and apology letter from the store manager. Regarding this.
