Vodafone India — Unsolicited data plan | |||
Sir, I have this postpaid number ([protected]) with me for the last 8 years. I have frequently been made victim o[censored]nethical marketing by Vodafone. Lastly some one called from your call centre and talked about some data plan. Even I wasn't intrested, you activated an additional data plan for Rs 699 per month without my consent. Now whenever I call Vodafone centre for reversal of the plan they suggest me to go to Vodafone store. My simple question is if you change my plan upwards without my consent why I have to go to your store for reversing it? As a protest I have not paid my bill for May 2016 and my outgoing calls have been barred. This is an extreme example o[censored]nethical practice being adapted by Vodafone. I request that my connection be restored to the basic talk time plan of Rs 199 per month and I'm not interested in value added services. I hope I'm not asking for a fortune and only asking for redressal for a genuine grievance. And as a principle, I won't go to Vodafone store. If you can change plan upward through call you should revise it downward too by mail / call. I hope I'll not be forced to take other steps to get my grievance redressed. Thanks & Regards.
