Vodafone India — Unwanted activation of services without my request | |||||
I keep getting sms from vodafone that some services have been activated. Inorder to stop the services i need to send sms to or call on particular number. I have two vodafone connections with me and i face issue with both of them. On asking customer care they tell me that its me who requested it so the services were activated - which is false. I do not and never have i asked for any gaming or other additional services. On top of it if i don't reply to sms within 24-48hrs, it becomes chargeable. I think its a cheap trick to make business and would like to highlight same for suitable action. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
