Vodafone India — UNWANTED CHARGES !!!!!

I am Vodafone Red 999 customer, with CUG plan, and 4GB Data plan for the last 2 month I am charged almost extra 500 each month that is total 1000 rupees from 2 months, in the name of downloads charge.
