On 12/6' i got the message as english seeko has been activated in vodafone.
On 27/6, i got the message as how to videos is activated
For both i am 100% sure that i haven't registered for it and i didn't send any subscription message and i don't attend vodafone customer care calls as well.
I have put dnd and blocked all the communication with vodafone. Still it's happening..
I don't want the refund bcaz i am going to change it to jio or airtel today.
This post, just letting vodafone know that 'this is one way of losing customer'
I pray vodafone also face the consequences as aircel / reliance.
Bcaz both of them done this cheap act..
