Dear sir/madam,
This is Mohammed from kalaburagi (Gulbarga) Karnataka.
On 29/02/2016 i have recharge my mobile with Rs. 649 for internet. Before recharging my number i checked with *111# and it shows for 649, the validity will be for 28 days but now it is showing only 25 days.
I am feeling like vodafone is cheating the customers on 3G internet services.
And i call the customer care centre 3 times but i am not satisfied with them and customer care executive whom i called last time (10:50pm) is very irresponsible and talking like villain of hindi cinema.
So i request you to take necessary action on vodafone india and the customer care executive.
I'm enclosing the screen shots of what i received from *111# and the timings of my calls to customer care executive.
