Team Vodafone, it is very grieve situation that without my consent following 4 VAS are activated on my vodafone post paid number. I am saumitra datta. My vodafone no is [protected]. On 19/6/20015, I got a message that on my request, you have provided me service of :-:
1. Deals Pack Weekly
2. Vodafone TV All Channel monthly packs
I have not requested for the same. Amount deducted from my balance are Rs 35+ 10= 45. Please return my deducted amount of Rs 45 otherwise I shall not continue Vodafone.
