Vodafone India — value added services activated by themselves and company is not deactivating it

model mania pack and vip games was deactivated on my number without me knowing and then I have requested for deactivation 3 times and have got msg on my phone that services are deactivated but still I have charged again for renewal of services.no body answers on customer care..very harassed and depressed by company attitude
