Vodafone India — VAS activated without my consent | |||||
I have been using vodafone mobile network for more than two years, initially a prepaid service which i had converted into a post-paid connection. It is a very frustrating experience that value added services are repeatedly activated without my consent. These useless vas charges cost me more than double my usage charges. When i go to the retail store all the person in charge knows is how to look at the details of my bill and try to deactivate those services which were already done by me. Four times, he has promised me that it will not happen again which is so not true. He is as helpless as i am as deactivation of vas doesn't refund the charges imposed. Since customer care is totally helpless i want this kind o[censored]nfair practice by vodafone never to happen again, i am going to take the matter to the law if i do not receive positive result immediately Was this information helpful? | |||||
