Vodafone India — VAS Activation and Balance Deduction without Consent | |||
Dear Sir, Vodafone is repeatedly activating Value Added Service Like Glamour Zone, CLIPSKART, VDS Games etc. I have never requested these services. Even after multiple complaints this is continuing. Each Time I am assured that this shall never happen in Future but it is repeated in next few Days. I am really Frustrated by Vodafone service as this is clear case of Cheating and deducting balance without customer consent. There is no SMS for request or confirmation the amount is directly deducted. The Customer care operator are not helpful and blame us to have activated by Mistake. Initially I thought I would have clicked by mistake but this has now started happening very frequently. I have never requested for any such service and mostly these service get activated when I am not using the Phone. I had requested multiple time to stop promotion and clearly take consent before activation any service. I was assured multiple times however there is no change. This time I am not able to reach customer care as the option to speak to customer care executive is not working on Complaint Number 198. Kindly take strict action against the Vodafone so that customer does not suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||

sir i am a genaral customer from Basirhat WB circle. sir please modifyed Rc146 offer. This offer did not clear for all customer.

Just call to 155223 which is the specific portal for deactivating VAS services. Also try to call frequently to avoid same problems. It would be helpful to u.
