My Mobile number is [protected]. My name is T Prem Kumar, i have requested for reversal of VAS charges and the TAX charged for it.
Note: Docket number is not shown in Vodafone website under my profile.
i have been using vodafone service from Jan-2015 with a plan of E-connect499. i continued with same even when my usage was less. i have been notices that i have been billed more, when i checked its for VAS. When i was alarmed i raised a complaint but reversal is not given completely, given revel was on a particular bill not even complete VAS charges or TAX charged for it.
i had asked for complete reversal from April 2016 as i didn't activate on my own or utilised any of the service activated. several executives spoke but no use, expect my BP raise and my health got spoiled every time i have a conversation.
i am home on medical rest i can send my bank statements as well.i can't pay for VAS charges anymore and i request for the reversal from the APRIL 2016 including the TAX charged for i and the late payment charges.
if not just clear my account i will convert it to PREPAID or i will just port out.
I CANT TAKE IT ANY MORE, I HAVE CHECKED AL MY BILL FROM BEGINNING AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR VAS. BOSS LEAVE ME HAD ENOUGH, YOUR CC CANNOT TRANSFER CALL TO SUPERVISOR. Was this information helpful? |
