Vodafone India — VAS download charges fraud by Vodafone | |||
I have concern about VAS billing at Vodafone. Hopeful to have a resolution soon. My Vodafone number is [protected]. I am being charged monthly for VAS services such as Mydala, Tvallsouth, Mobilart and Myplex. These are subscriptions I never made. I think it gets activated by accidentally clicking on various ads which Vodafone publishes in the various apps. Itx w is clear fraud being practised by Vodafone. Just clicking on some anonymous link should not activate a monthly paid service, there should be proper mechanism to activate monthly VAS services. I already raised my concern regarding my last month (July 2014) bill. The Vodafone executive assured me this will be blocked, so I went ahead and paid the charges. But the same have been levied this month too, with more services added with more charges. This is plain ridiculous. Request you to cancel these subscriptions and revert the charges in my current bill. I do not want to pay for the services that I neither subscribed to or use. Being an IBM Corporate customer, I certainly expect fair service from Vodafone. Hoping to get my concerns addressed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
