Even my number got charged for VAS four times in a period of 2 months. When asked it says i clicked somewhere. I am absolutely sure my internet connection was not active when it was charged (today 7:03 pm, even confirmed by myvodafone app). I was not even around my mobile device when it was charged. Can i have something which completely blocks VAS from my device? Even provide me details by which i can automatically initiate refund by deactivating VAS service within 24 hours like other service providers are providing.

It automatically gets redirected to main menu without any further notice. I tried this almost 2-3 times but in vain. Sometimes it becomes irritating when its utmost essential.
