Even my number got charged for VAS four times in a period of 2 months. When asked it says i clicked somewhere. I am absolutely sure my internet connection was not active when it was charged (today 7:03 pm, even confirmed by myvodafone app). I was not even around my mobile device when it was charged. Can i have something which completely blocks VAS from my device? Even provide me details by which i can automatically initiate refund by deactivating VAS service within 24 hours like other service providers are providing.

Updated by kdmajethia Vodafone India — Vodafone Prepaid - Customer Care number (198 or 199) is not transferring call to the customer care executive. It automatically gets redirected to main menu without any further notice. I tried this almost 2-3 times but in vain. Sometimes it becomes irritating when its utmost essential. My number is [protected]. It would be really helpful if it is solved at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
