[Resolved] Vodafone India — verification not completed yet and now outgoing stopped | |||
Hi team Actually recently i bought a postpaid sim [protected] which is already been verified by the vodafone executive but 2 days back i got a message that my verification is not completed. I called the customer support number 199 they told me they will send executive in next 48hrs but today i am not able to call anyone because they stopped my outgoing services and when i call the support once again they are saying the same thing... Like your verification will take 48hr. First thing i am not a prepaid customer and paying huge money as compare to your other prepaid plans but not satisfied with this kind of services Please solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action againt you and such verification process should be completed before the activation.
