Vodafone India — very poor in house network | |||
On 9th april 2019, one the vodafone exe visited my house and removed an indoor repeater which was installed, promising that he will visit again in two days and resolve issues raised due to this (If any). Since then i have been calling up the customer care and registering my complains of very poor in house network. But in vain. Only once their exe visited my house, checked and also commented that indoor repeater has to be re-installed to get the matter resolved. We are 5 nos. Users and suffering signal drops and poor network last two months!!! No proper action taken by the vodafone co. Was this information helpful? | |||
