Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm ARUN, my Vodafone number is [protected].I am using Vodafone 2G unlimited internet pack since last six months. I connected my sim with D-link modem .I have problem, "my internet speed is very slow (only 0-15 kbps)". I complained this to 198 and other customer care numbers.
They said the reasons for slow connection,
i. the speed will be limit(up to 40 kbps), after 2GB usage
ii. if the balance is lower than Rs 3, the speed is reduced
iii. signal problem iv. modem problem v. internet settings problem
But from me,
i. before crossing 2GB limit, this problem is occurring
ii. I continued my balance above Rs 3
iii. There is no signal problem in my area
iv. There is no modem problem(I checked my modem with other sim cards)
v. I downloaded proper internet settings.
I said the above points to customer care, but they didn’t take any action to solve my problem. And another one is, “only ending date of internet pack, the browsing speed is high; this is why???” .So I request you to, please solve my slow internet connection problem. This is my last complaint; if my problem is not solved, I will change my connection with mobile number portability.
