[Resolved] Vodafone India — Very very low speed of vodafone 2g gprs data | |||
My mobile [protected]. I am Vodafone postpaid mobile customer for more than 6 years. Recent few months I'm facing my 2G Gprs is downloading about 5KB speed, which is very slow/ or sometimes timing out. Despite raising complaints multiple times it's not addressed. Or the customer service not even contacting about the issue/ resolution. But the complaint is getting closed on the last day. This doesn't look fair for vodafone to disappoint a long term customer.
