This is regarding vas charges added to vodafone bill due on 22nd april 2020 for number [protected].
I have never applied for any vas however all of a sudden, i received message from vodafone saying addition of vas and charges for the same. I immediately followed the instruction and deactivated the vas. However, i have still been charged for vas which is ideally not acceptable and i do not have any idea for what service i am charged for.
Why don't we get permission sms before activating any vas??? Is there something wrong in the system???
Hoping not getting charged for i haven't applied for or bought for and kindly reconsider the bill amount without vas charges. Was this information helpful? |
