[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone auto deducts balance to increase validity

I am using vodafone sim since around 10 years and my outgoing service was stoped on dec 2, 2018 and incoming service was stoped on dec 16.2018. But, on 17th dec vodafone automaticaly renews the service and deducts around 50+ rupees from my prepaid sim. There was no prior information given to me about this and don't know which pack they had activated for 28 days.

Do you have any explanation for this?

Updated by bhupi1307 The vodafone representative had no clear understanding of which he was talking about and clearly he does not want to listen what I am saying. Everytime he was just quoting the same message..From every customer we had deducted this amount and when I started asking questions Why I was not notified about this, He told we had sent messages of calls and only after confirmation from customer side we deducted this. Now when I told him that for the last 20 days I was not using this sim, so how could Vodafone had gone my confirmation ?, Then again he was saying from every customer we had deducted this.

This was not an explanation I was expecting and further on telling to stop deducted this, he just disconnected the call.

And please attach a proof of the confirmation message that you are saying I had sent to deduct the money.
