Vodafone India — vodafone automatic balance deduction for video box subscription which I didn't activate at all

₹49 deducted for some video box subscription which I didn't activate at all, in fact I don't even know for what purpose it is used. I called customer Care 198 which is never connected then googled n found this number [protected] spoke to customer care executive, says application is stuck call back after 4hrs, 3times i called i hear the same response. Refund my deducted money asap...
