This is for Vodaphone Karnataka no. [protected], I had visited Vodaphone outlet in Indiranagar branch and request for closing my account by mid of May 2014, then the representative asked me come next month i.e. between June 5 to 10, since my billing cycle is between 5 &10 of every month. Accordingly, I had paid all the outstanding dues on 6th June 2014 in Indiranagar outlet, since I was traveling abroad for one year, the vodaphone representative asked me to pay the balance dues after deducting the Rs.500 advance (which was paid at the time of opening the account), and they told me the account will be closed with in 24 hrs, and i had to travel the next day i.e. on 7th June abroad and never used the Vodaphane no. after that.
Now from mid August there were calls from Vodaphone to my home no., as well as sending me mails asking to pay again the dues, which I have replied in my mails that I have cleared all my dues on 6th June, however, again and again they are returning mail which I am tribally disturbed and want to file a complaint against the consumer representative.
