I made an international visit to Dubai for few days on the occasion of Diwali. During this time, I made and received few calls. Got message on - 14th Nov 2.56am mentioning usage of Rs. 7259 - 14th Nov 9:08am mentioning usage of approx Rs. 6559 (Made payment of Rs. 7000) - 14th Nov 11.36am mentioning outstanding as - Rs.5202 - 14th Nov 5:22pm mentioning usage of approx Rs. 3339 - 15th Nov 2.05am, 16th Nov 2.12am, 17th Nov 10.03am and continued till 22nd Nov(same as above) I got a little concerned and visited vodafone store in Vile Parle east Hanuman Road where the executive told me that the payment is due for Rs. 5202 and I need to make the payment asap. As I made the payment again, I received a message of Rs.-10, 402. Upon this, I called the customer care number and they told me that there is an overpayment of this amount and will be compensated in upcoming bills. I understand that I overlooked the - sign but later on contacting vodafone representatives they told me that the amount has been adjusted and i need to make extra payment. I do not understand which message was incorrect and why. Was this information helpful? | |||
