Vodafone India — Vodafone billing | |||
My cell phone no. [protected] and my cancelled data card no. [protected]. Due to non coverage I cancelled my datacard and paid Rs.1020 on 1-2-16 and remaining Rs.478 on 4-2-16 for my cellphone as datacard bill is linked to my phone bill. Though I have cancelled the data card The phone bill for Feb.2016 has included the datacard bill. I have never asked them to reactivate the datacard and never used it. Even when they asked for the reason for the cancellation of data card I have told them that I did not have vodafone internet coverage in my new house. I request that a new statement of my phone bill containing only cell phone charges should be given to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
