Myself mr. Hitesh,
I have been using vodafone postpaid number [protected] & [protected] with rs.99/- rental/month plan. I was using vodafone only as a back up number and for incoming calls as i was using this number from long. Few months back they changed my plan from rs.99/- to rs.299/- without my permission. I have tried talking to customer care but its of no avail. This is plain cheating. How can they change my plan as per their wish. This is criminal, and even if they have stopped rs.99's plan (As per the information provided by the custome care executive) they should have called me and took my permission or simply stopped my services and inform me that they dont have that plan any more.
For payment they keep on mailing, messaging and even call 10 times in a day, why was that not done at the time of changing my plan. I have told the customer care executive that i am ready to pay the bills as per rs.99/- rental plan as i have not used rs.299/- plan (Vodafone can check my usage history)
I am already in talks with my lawyers and i will try one more time explaining my issue to customer care before filing a case in district consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
