I was the vodafone postpaid member for last 5 years and i never faced the issue like this in the past.
I was requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on june 25th by paying all the remaining amount in vodafone service center.
Some guy called me on june 29th and explained about some plans and to which i clearly denied offer and requested to proceed with prepaid conversation. However, he hung up the call in angry and activated the 549 plan which i never requested.
It took me 2 days to call the customer care service center to disconnect the plan and convert it to prepaid. Finally prepaid account got activated on july 6th.
However in last billing cycle due amount is showing as 693 rupees and customer care executive informed that 549 rupees also included.
Why your executive is forced to activate the plan even though i clearly mentioned not to activate it.
I cancelled the plan in 2 days still why the bill amount is showing 693.
Myself and my wife both are using the vodafone and if this issue did not resolved i am open to take it through social media and consumer court. I have already given the request for porting as well. If the issue did not resolved the next day itself i will port to some other network who are loyal to there customer. Was this information helpful? |
