I have received isd billing about in my bill dated 1dec2017 and made a complain regarding with vodafone, initially denied logging complain but forcing hard then they logged the complain and closed the complain without any root cause of resolutions/ customer satisfaction.
I have clearly mentioned during call made by vodafone executive that isd call have not made from my phone. Even requested to deactivate the vodafone international calling as i don't call any international number so far.
Vodafone doing some fraud and trying to cheat customer and not at all listening to customer complain.
I have strongly requested not to close the complain till resolution and she agreed on call and eventually closed the call. So this is again fraud and cheating to customer. Our conversation might have been recorded by vodafone, you can check and revert with conversation details and let me know what was agreed and acted is quite different. Was this information helpful? |
