I have been charged for using data, more than 400 rupees for approx 100 mb. The problem is that, the customer service guy told me that upto 122 mb free for that bill cycle and there is no need to activate any pack. I called customer service twice to verify the same which they confirmed. Now i see that amount is getting reflected on bill. I don't want to pay for that. If i was given wrong information, that is your problem. Please check the call recordingso if you have it. I want to get it resolved asap or please deactivate the service (Deactivate the sim card). Your service is pathetic and everyone in india should know it.
