[Resolved]  Vodafone India — vodafone did not deduct the debit validity cost from sim balance

I am a vodafone prepaid ([protected]) customer. I noticed that my vodafone account was terminated even though i had 100+ rs balance in my sim.
I had to recharge with 35 rs and then again 35 rs to restore the service.
My question is that how can a company terminates your service when you have enough balance in your sim card.?
My mobile number is registered across various entities like banks, adhaar card... So if i loose my number or my account is terminated without any valid reason then who is responsible for this?
