I want to bring this issue to your notice and get solution.
I was having two vodafone number and one ([protected]) i am using only for voice call and last few year it is on voice plan.
In last month i see my bill is shooted up to rs 1123. When i checked with customer care they said data being used on that number and that charge includes data charges also.
When i questioned them they said there is a option of blocking the data on customer request.
My question is when a data plan is taken why customer has to ask for data blockage? It should be enabled by default.
Why vodafone is playing with people who does not know this option and wait for hefty charges and then block the data?
I have wifi at home and usually don't use the data on that phone. Even my other phone also data is not used it is getting lapsed.
I am not agreeing this charge and asking you to full wave-off the this bill.
My monthly bill on that number is rs 120 to rs150. But how the credit of 1123 is given on that number?
Please let me know the solution for this.
