Vodafone India — Vodafone - Forcefully balance deduction without permission

I recharged my prepaid number [protected] with rupee 110 and I got balance of 100 on 16th May 2015. After 5days since then I checked the balance, my balance was reduced to Rs 28. I called the customer care on 21st or 22nd May 2015. I called the customer care and they rudely told that I did a chargeable download hence it was deducted. The fact is that I didn't download anything from any paid site. I called and even asked for the details of my downloads, they refused give any details. Please have a look into this matter. I am a vodafone customer.
