Vodafone India — Vodafone fraud | |||||
I have received several calls from Vodafone to change my prepaid [protected] to 4G post paid. As the lady kept on pestering me and said home services shall be provided for collection and verification, I asked her to send her personells. On 27th Dec, two persons came from Vodafone, collected documents and Rs. 250/ and delivered me vodafone post paid SIM NO. [protected], IMSI No. [protected]. They didn't give any receipt for Rs. 250/ saying within 24 hours post paid shall be activated. Even after 4 days, my post paid is neither activated nor Rs. 250/ refunded. I called [protected] wherein one Ankit Singh after putting me on hold for several minutes is now suggesting that I should go to Vodafone store. If I had to go to Store, what for the vodafone lady kept on pestering me to provide at home services. Help lines are manned by highly incompetent persons who neither know the job nor have decency. Vodafone is playing fraud with gullible public by first pestering them on phone and then collecting 250/ fraudulently without giving any receipt. Was this information helpful? | |||||
