Vodafone India — vodafone fraudulent practice | |||
Vodafone India is the biggest fraudulent network carrier as of today. In my every bill they have charged from the past 3-4 months additional 50 rupees in the name of "Other credits/charges". Everytime i call the complaints number 198 they tell me that they have a technical issue due to which they cannot check my details. And in the same call at the very beginning the IVR is telling me all my details. They also do not transfer the call to their senior manager and shamelessly disconnect it. From past so many calls they have not send any survey message regarding the feedback. They are trying to make out for their losses of all those cheap pre-paid schemes from regular post-paid subscribers. I have wasted nearly 150 rupees in 3 bills as my bills where paid by my office staff and I could not notice. Today i took screen shots of all previous bills and found out this scam(attached in this complaint). They will make lakhs of rupees by conning only 10% of their regular post-paid customers. I am going to switch to other network soon now. Throw Vodafone out of India and motivate Indian carriers. We already lost Tata Docomo and Tata Indicom because of these foreign pathetic companies and I feel very shamefull of myself that I was associated with such unethical company.
