Vodafone India — vodafone: get negative balance on prepaid account | |||
I am using vodafone mobile service and i have prepaid account. I don't understand even after having full talk-time and internet recharge why i got negative balance. I mailed to vodafaone but once asked for this details since then i asked them to respond many times but they are not responding to my issues. I got 70rs approx negative balance and same happen a long time back but i thought let it be but not this. I am not able to make any call bcz of this negative balance. Now i am bound to recharge so that i can make call at-least. I request you to take action measurably and refund my 70rs in my account. My registered email id on vodafone is :- vijay.
