35 rs keep getting deducted from my sim card balance every 15 days. I have not activated the service. Till now, there has been deduction of 175 rs. Please de-activate the service permanently. I got an unprofessional response from the customer care executive saying that it's your mistake. Next time onwards, don't press anywhere on your mobile screen. Please do the needful and refund my money. My telephone number is [protected].

Updated by vaibhav_gadkari1986 As I raise this complaint, I have got another reminder for money deduction. I have sent STOP to 155223, but it says that I am not currently active on any service. Not expected this from Vodafone.
