I have post paid number which I am using from last 3 years. I am using 500 MB 3G costing 150 INR data pack on my mobile.
My billing cycle starts every 2nd day of month. For February month bill I found 2 Internet packs are activated on my mobile and charged for 2 data packs i.e. 150 INR and 299 INR respectively. I don't know why this 299 pack is activated on my mobile.
On 1st March I got a message about this 299 data pack and immediately called and stopped this pack as I have not requested any such service. Your representative told me that no extra package is activated on your number.
But when I check my bill this data pack is charged. I have discussed with your representative and now they are refusing are refusing to correct the bill.
Why should I pay money when I have not requested any data pack.
Please correct the bill amount ASAP.
