Vodafone activated...MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g activated by the company without consulting me & when contacted customer care they give silly answers & justification for 750 pack.

I have 250 Plan with 1GB 3G available on above relation ship number. I got excessive bill in the month for Feb 2015, when contacted Vodafone customer care they say, I used 250MB extra which is beyond 1GB limit & they charged 4 paise for 10KB, which costed me almost 800rs extra & they told they adjust 750 i[censored]tilization is not crossing 1GB,


When I get 1GB for 250Pack, why should I be charged 800rs for 250MB extra usage ? or beyond 1GB usage 3G should not work at all.
