Vodafone India — vodafone india not registering a complaint and deduct full amount without confirmation or usage | |
Vodafone has deducted my amount of 600inr without any confirmation. I had done an online transaction recharge of inr 100 with upi transaction id of[protected], then again another online transaction recharge of inr 600 with upi transaction id of[protected]. On contacting vodafone customer care by email and via consumer helpline, they cannot find any transactions/deductions for my prepaid number. Even no deductions are shown in myvodafone app. I need last 10 transaction/deduction details for my mobile numner. Vodafone customer care 198 number is not even ready to register a complaint and does not provide a complaint number. They have blocked our number now to register a complaint.
