From last 6 months, vodafone india is sending the bill for some other number (Mobile:97xxxxxx81 (Account no:[protected] to my email address.
Every time i complaint, i get a response that the necessary rectification is done and i won't get any such emails in the future but bang, there it comes next month.
I have been telling them this every time but no action is being taken and just get a plain reply that it is done. But the fact is that they don't do anything and just give a standard reply.
Such a pathetic service from a multinational brand. Shame on vodafone and shame on those shameless customer care people. Was this information helpful? |
