Vodafone India — vodafone india unnecessary vas charges | |||
Dear vodafone team, Since jan2018 i have charged unnecessary on vas. Though all my services and add on have been stopped in feb after complaining to customer care already. The unbilled amount in my bill keeps increasing day by day shown vas charges. For feb month i have to call customer care 3 times to refund the vas of feb 2018. Similarly for jan 2018 vas charges i have to call them multiple time. This is serious issue. I am facing very much inconvenience/wasting my time for the refund o[censored]nnecessary vas charges This is not expected from a reputed company like vodafone. Please correct this system flaw and provide me refund of current vas charges. Postpaid customers are just being cheated and charged too heavily without using the services.
