Vodafone India — Vodafone india value added services is activated automatically, customer care support also not given for maharashtra circle | |||
Value added services are automatically activated on my prepaid vodafone SIM ([protected]), everytime new VAS are activated and I have to deactivate everytime. Many times the amount is not refundable. I have tried for customer support but customer care number is not working for Maharashtra circle. I am really fed up with the services the vodafone is providing. My prepaid number is [protected]. Everytime I callled the customer executive for the same but did'nt get any satisfactory answer or call not reached to customer support (toll free 198 is not working and also [protected]). If this continues then I will surely switch my number to other network... Vodafone doing fraud with customers year 2017 bcouse this company in loss from jio so they activate any VAS without confirmation and deduct from balance i suggested to vodafone if not stop fraud i will port all my family contact no permanently.
