Vodafone India — Vodafone Internet pack not able to use after 2G Recharge

Hi, I had recharge my mobile for 199 rs data pack on 13 august but network not available to use internet on my mobile. Again 28 August I recharge internet pack for 2G for 179 rupees and not able to access internet on my mobile. My mobile is Moto G 2nd generation. I need total talk time 378 rs in my mobile([protected]). I am not able to use Vodafone internet data pack of 2G after recharge twice in last month. After making several call to Vodafone call center no one resolve this issue. After that I write many complain to Vodafone customer care but its also helpless.
