Vodafone India — Vodafone is charging even after barred incoming and outgoing calls | |||||
My vodafone no. is [protected], I am using this from 3 years and paying bill from then. This month i was unable to pay bill on time so they disconnected the phone (Both incoming and outgoing calls) It's Ok. but this month I received the bill which also includes the charges for barred month. Also i asked customer care executive to change my plan and he assured but it was not done. i am now being mentally harassed by the Vodafone to submit the unjustified due amount.
