I have vodafone mobile shield. 2 months back i had my mobile screen damaged and contacted the respective customer care for the resolution. With the claim number: [protected] after submitting the docs and verification i have handover the mobile for screen replacement. Literally close to 2 months, yesterday 30/09/2019 i have received my mobile vivo v11 pro with new screen changed. After checking the mobile i found the fingerprint option is not working and the phone itself does not have the option of fingerprint. It seems the parts are changed from the phone or they might have fixed with incompatible screen. Today again i called the customer care, they said they itself will call me and no reply. What is happening and it is purely disappointing. Seems you are people are taking phones and changing the parts from the phone. Literally cheating people with mobile shield. I am paying you every month on my mobile bill for this option.
