I have been using Vodafone number [protected] for my datacard/internet requirements, On 23 Jan 17 I made the payment through netbanking clearing my latest bill but due to network congestion could not take the print of receipt, I have been writing mails to Vodafone customer care to get the receipt. While they are acknowledging that payment has been credited to my account but now for last 10 days they are not providing me a receipt of payment made by me. I need the receipt as proof of payment to be submitted to account section.
As per rules & regulations in India for any trade/business, the service provider is legally bound to provide a receipt for the payment received from the customer and Vodafone is openly flouting the rules of this country. Was this information helpful? |
