Hi My Name is Amit Bikram Mohanty, my post paid no. is [protected] i taken the new vodaphone postpaid connection with My gift scheme n after my three months bill paid i hav send the code by my registered cell num. I had called the toll free number [protected], The customer care executive once intimated me that my gift has been registered and will be delivered to my with a week time but its been almost 2 months I am yet to get my gift as per the scheme rather Iam getting fake commitments from Vodafone gift coordinating team. and now the no. is also not connecting THIS IS DENTING THE REPUTATION OF THE SUCH A BIG TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY ...kindly solve my issue ASAP.
