From march or so i am getting poor network from vodafone. Contacted n-numbers of time to customer care and they took complaints but those complaints got resolved automatically. Don't know how as problem is still there. Though i am not happy with resolution so i made call to lodge complain and again executive/s raise complaints. This process is in infinite loop don't know what is the end. For last 3-4 months network issue is there.in spite of making so many complains all went in vain.
I used to connect through vodafone for officialworks but after 15:00, each and every day network will be down (Last 3.5 months experience). Appellate dept is not clear about resolution and they provide lame excuses to defend themselves. Moreover customer care executives provide different statement (Few say coverage is not there and few say coverage is there asper their system). Few of them disconnect call using the word prank few were clueless. What a nonsense these? I am really faded up for last 3.5 months. Issue still persists. Though situated within 300 meter of radius from vodafone tower, network is down (Voice, internet). Nobody is giving escalation matrix so they made me to raise a concern here. Please look into this.
