Vodafone India — Vodafone no able to convert prepaid no into post paid (its been 45 days)

i have submitted my request to convert my prepaid voadafone no into post paid no. i had documentation also with voadone 3 times but till now my request is not executed also no one is updating the status or reason for the same. No one is taking the resposibility for request execution neither vodafone store nor vodafone customer care. its been 45 days that i am fighting with vodafone executives for using vodafone post paid services.
